For every $1 you spend instore, you earn 10 points. For every 100 points you save, that’s $1 to redeem. E.g. a $7.50 tea = 750 points. No partial redemptions, must redeem a drink in full.

Your voucher will be available to view in the ‘OFFERS’ section of the app. If ordering at the counter, simply present the voucher barcode to be scanned. When ordering on the app, you can select your discount and apply it before finalizing your transaction.

You will get a voucher for a FREE tea 3 days prior to your birthday. To qualify, you must have made a transaction in the 90 days leading up to your birthday. To ensure you don’t miss out, you can add your birthday to your account in the Chatime app profile settings.
